Homeward Bound Pet provides pet microchip products, registration services, and a 24/7 pet recovery hotline. Our services include:

• Sale of microchips and scanners
• Lifetime pet registration in our database
• 24/7/365 lost pet recovery assistance
• Pet profile management and lost pet flyer creation

3. Registration & Account

When you register a microchip, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information. Keeping your information up to date is essential for pet recovery. Registration is for the lifetime of the pet under the original owner. Transfer of ownership requires new registration by the new owner.

4. Products & Purchases

All product purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unopened microchips and scanners may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Registration fees are non-refundable once a microchip has been activated. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best possible pet recovery service, Homeward Bound Pet cannot guarantee the recovery of any lost pet. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products and services purchased.
